Applications

All applications must be submitted through EDEN's social service agency partners, not via the participant. Please read the Program Descriptions section of this site or email info@edeninc.org to confirm if the applicant qualifies for the program before completing application and submitting to EDEN's offices. Documentation verifying disability requirements and household income must be submitted with the application. Please keep in mind that some programs have lengthy waiting lists. It may take up to five years or longer to be accepted into some of our housing programs.
