landlords list and help the community find affordable

organize and empower homeless and at risk men, women and children to

The AIDS Task Force of Greater
Cleveland is the community leader in
providing or facilitating effective HIV/AIDS services, prevention

The Louis Stokes Cleveland VA Medical

medical centers or one of thirteen community-based outpatient

and otherwise insure access to justice for all regardless of ability

The ADAMHS Board of Cuyahoga County is
responsible for the planning, funding and monitoring of public
mental health and alcohol and other drug addiction services
delivered to the residents of Cuyahoga County. |

The Ohio Benefit Bank (OBB)
is a web-based computer program to connect low and
moderate-income Ohioans with access to work supports such as tax
credits and public benefits.
