» Direct Deposits for Landlords
EDEN is currently in the process of transitioning to direct deposit for all of our landlords receiving rental subsidy payments. This will ensure faster, more reliable payments. Landlords who are currently renting to EDEN tenants must fill out and submit an authorization form.

Landlords interested in renting their units, or who are included in the Units Available list but have not yet rented to EDEN tenants, do not need to fill out this form until they are active landlords in the program.
