(4/11) EDEN is going Paperless! We strive to provide our services in the most efficient way and in 2009 we created our Paperless Project using OnBase, an interactive imaging and workflow software program created by Hyland in Westlake, Ohio. We now manage the day-to-day activities of over 3,000 client files in the virtual world.

(5/11) Strategic Planning In 2011 EDEN began an intense strategic planning process. Our staff, clients, and external partners are being asked what EDEN does well, what we can do to improve our services, and how they envision the EDEN of tomorrow. When the strategic planning process is completed we’ll have a living, working document that won’t sit on a shelf, but rather will be the basis of the principles which will guide EDEN staff and our Board to best serve our community each day.

In 2007, the Cuyahoga Metropolitan Housing Authority (CMHA) partnered with the Cleveland-based Emerald Development and Economic Network (EDEN), Inc. to reduce the number of elderly individuals and people with disabilities being evicted from subsidized housing in Cuyahoga County.
