South Pointe Commons |

South Pointe Commons is a 82-unit Permanent Supportive Housing Project that serves disabled, homeless individuals. The building is located at 3323 W. 25th Street opened in September 2008.
To qualify, applicants must meet all of the following criteria:
EDEN will verify all disability and homelessness information and will conduct assessments to determine whether chosen applicants qualify. The maximum occupancy for each efficiency unit is one person.
Applications will be considered in the order in which they are received. Applications will be reviewed for eligibility and applicants will be asked to participate in at least two interviews. At the time of interviews, property management staff will review the client's financial, credit, criminal, housing, and employment histories. Acceptance for South Pointe is based on all these criteria. At no time during the application process will clients be guaranteed apartments until they sign a lease.
