Permanent housing subsidy with private landlords: singles, duplexes, multi-family, and apartment buildings. |

Scattered sites throughout Cuyahoga County (Cleveland), Ohio. |
Eligibility Criteria: |
- Household must meet Federal very low-income limits
- Head of Household must be homeless or chronically homeless (see definitions on our FAQ’s page)
- Head of Household must have a documented disability
- Head of Household must be linked and continue to stay linked with the referring agency (only MHS, Recovery Resources or The Task Force)

Required Documents: |
Completed application and supporting documents, which include verification of all household income, copies of valid photo ID’s, birth certificates and social security cards for all household members. |
Background Check? |
This is not conducted by EDEN, with exception of screening for sex offenders with a lifetime notification status. Landlords may conduct their own background checks. |
Tenant Rent: |
Household pays 30% of their gross adjusted monthly income towards rent & utilities. |
